Hi, I’m Karan. I’m an engineer at Zepto, India’s quick-commerce company, where I work on systems that keep groceries moving. Before Zepto, I studied at NSIT in Delhi.

Outside the day job I build small things: vibe-coded tools that scratch personal itches, AI skills and prompts I find useful, and prototypes that aren’t yet sure what they want to be. This site is where they live.

I’m interested in distributed systems, the craft of small software, and the strange new shape of building with LLMs.
